We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition

• Cut fabric or precuts

• Digital patterns or downloads

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
